Processing Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and verification before your item is shipped. This processing time is in addition to the shipping transit time.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (Order must be placed before 12:00 PM PST)
Please note that these transit times are estimates and begin once a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number has been sent. Shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays, which are outside of our control.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. A valid physical address is required for delivery.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to see the current status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.

Undeliverable Packages
A package may be returned to us if the address is incorrect, incomplete, or deemed invalid by the carrier. If this occurs, please reach out to us so we can help resolve the situation.
